Social Media feeds have been overrun with images of beautiful, young and music loving attendees of this year’s Coachella music and arts festival in Indio, California. But if there was one celebrity to spot above all others at the multi-day event it was Kendall Jenner. She has been staying out of the limelight for the past few weeks because of her starring role in a new Pepsi commercial that appropriated many protest movements currently rocking the United States to sell a soft drink.

Fortunately, Pepsi immediately pulled the advertisement once it felt the full wrath and power of the social media backlash against their insensitive commercial. And now it looks like Jenner is ready to…well…face the music..if you will…at Coachella. But she is certainly doing it in style.

She was photographed alongside her sister Kylie at the festival wearing a long flowing lightweight blue striped summer jacket with short sleeve from the designer Esteban Cortazar.

She paired it with a glam silver sequined crop top with long sleeves that counterbalanced the relaxed nature of the jacket and high-waisted full leg striped pants.  It was an almost total look recreation of exit number #20 from the designer’s Spring/Summer 2017 catwalk presentation.

But Jenner’s addition of a beige fedora, multiple shimmering choker collars, and her own red-lipped smile made the ensemble all her own. There is really no better way to come back from a career misstep than facing your fans with your head held high, a smile on your face and looking fantastic in an outfit that is cool, chic and creative.
